The property is located on the third floor, and it features 64 steps with no elevator access. Rooms that have a view include one or two windows overlooking the Lungarni, allowing guests to admire Florence's main monuments, including the Church of Santa Croce, the Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio.
For the Family Room with a city view, does the private external bathroom mean it is shared with other guests?

Parking is available outside the ZTL in designated blue parking spots for a fee. Alternatively, two private garages, Garage Ponte Vecchio and Garage Lungarno, are also available nearby.
