the location proved super convenient (a true plus). it sits on the quieter side of the city, yet remains within easy walking distance to major attractions. the entire residence maintained really good cleanliness. i found the room beautiful with functional tea and coffee facilities in the kitchen.

the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. this created some discomfort .

I stayed for several nights and it was like my home away from home! The location was perfect and very close to main attractions. Breakfast each morning was so delicious and personalized. The sisters helped with luggage upon arrival which I really appreciated!

The stairs were a little difficult with heavy luggage. Though the sisters were kind enough to help.

The location has very easy access to the city center. The south bank of the Arno is close, and it is just a short walk to the Uffizi Galleries! The Santo Spirito cathedral is very close too, I enjoyed the proximity.

The location was perfect. It was super close to everything. I stayed in the suite city view private bathroom. The two sisters running the place are helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need, they were charming! The breakfast had plenty of options, was delicious as well.
